A deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to reschedule your appointment. This deposit is to ensure you are serious about your appointment and is used towards the final cost of the procedure.

The balance of your appointment is due on the day of your treatment and can be paid by card, cash, bank transfer or 0% over 3 months with Klarna.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled day and time, you will forfeit your deposit.

Please note that if you miss your appointment, or do not give us notice when cancelling, re-booking will be at our discretion.

If you cancel your 2nd session we cannot guarantee we can get you back in in a timely manner, you may have to wait another month (or more) to get back in!

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment & deposit will be forfeited and you will have to re-book again. We work to a tight schedule and in order to serve the volume of clients we have there are no exceptions for this.

Every client will respond differently to the procedure. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Poor aftercare, or skin type, will affect the results of your brows.

We cannot perform these treatments on anyone that uses or has used Accutane within the past year or currently uses prescribed acne cream.

Children are NOT allowed in the studio at anytime.

Treatments are unsuitable for pregnant, or breastfeeding women.

You must be over the age of 18 by law.

Please do not use sun beds for a month before the procedure. This includes prolonged exposure to the sun.

If you get Botox, you should schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks after your most recent treatment.

Clients must avoid any blood thinning medication for 72 hours before procedure.

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule. This way your deposit will remain secure and be rolled over against your rescheduled appointment.
