1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern:

  1. Your use of the website www.justbrowsinc.com (“Website”)

  2. The booking and provision of beauty and permanent makeup services (“Services”)

  3. The purchase of products from our online shop (“Products”)

The Website and Services are operated by Just Brows Inc Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 11941217) with its registered office at 6 Flowers Piece, Ashampstead, Reading Berkshire, RG8 8SG (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Website, booking an appointment, or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

2. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

2.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, branding, logos, images, designs, graphics and layout, is the property of Just Brows Inc Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

2.2 Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

  • Introduce malicious software

  • Reproduce or commercially exploit content

2.3 Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

2.4 Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website and reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or modify it without notice.

3. ONLINE SHOP TERMS (PRODUCT SALES)

3.1 Orders

An order is only accepted once you receive written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.

3.3 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

3.4 Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Products must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

If a Product is faulty, you are entitled to remedies in accordance with UK law.

3.5 Distance Selling Cancellation (Products Only)

Where you purchase Products online, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This right does not apply to:

  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Customised or personalised goods

Returned Products must be unused and in original condition unless faulty.

4. PAYMENTS & KLARNA FINANCING

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, Klarna and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched or at the time specified for Services.

4.2 Klarna Payment & Financing

We offer payment options provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ) and/or Klarna Financial Services UK Limited.

If you choose to pay using Klarna:

  • Payment and any credit agreement will be between you and Klarna

  • Klarna may carry out credit and affordability checks

  • We will receive payment from Klarna on your behalf

You agree to comply with Klarna’s terms and conditions, which will be presented to you at checkout.

4.3 Regulated Credit Disclosure (If Applicable)

If finance is offered:

Just Brows Inc Ltd acts as a credit intermediary and not a lender.

Credit is provided by Klarna Financial Services UK Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for consumer credit activities.

Finance is available to UK residents aged 18 years and over, subject to status and affordability checks.

Late or missed payments may have serious consequences, including affecting your credit rating and ability to obtain credit in the future.

We are not a lender. Finance is provided by Klarna Financial Services UK Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

4.4 Data Sharing

If you choose Klarna as your payment method, we may share your personal data (including contact and order details) with Klarna for credit assessment and payment processing.

Personal data is handled in accordance with Klarna’s Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy.

5. BEAUTY & PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICE TERMS

5.1 Bookings

Appointments are booked via our online system or approved contact methods.

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid.

5.2 Deposits

A £50 deposit is required to secure an appointment.

The deposit:

  • Secures your appointment time

  • Covers administrative costs

  • Compensates for loss of business if cancellation occurs within the restricted cancellation period

The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price.

The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment or in the event of non-attendance.

This deposit represents a reasonable and proportionate pre-estimate of loss.

5.3 Cooling-Off Rights (Services)

Where Services are booked online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may provide a 14-day cancellation right.

However, appointments for beauty and permanent makeup treatments are supplied on a specific date and time and fall within the exemption for leisure services.

By booking an appointment for a specific date, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory cooling-off right does not apply.

5.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.

Failure to attend may require full prepayment to rebook.

5.5 Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse treatment

  • Shorten treatment time

  • Treat the appointment as a late cancellation

5.6 Medical Disclosure

You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies and previous cosmetic procedures.

We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from:

  • Failure to disclose relevant information

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Contraindicated conditions

5.7 Treatment Risks

Permanent makeup and cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Allergic reaction

  • Infection

  • Swelling

  • Pigment variation or migration

  • Variability in colour retention

  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome

Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome or longevity is guaranteed.

5.8 Aftercare

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and void eligibility for any complimentary touch-up.

5.9 Age Restrictions

Permanent makeup treatments are strictly 18 years and over.

We reserve the right to request photographic identification.

5.10 Children

Children are not permitted in treatment rooms during procedures for health and safety reasons.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide Services with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Loss resulting from inaccurate medical disclosure

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter which cannot legally be excluded under UK law

7. COMPLAINTS

If you are dissatisfied with a Service or Product, you must notify us in writing within 7 days to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services where:

  • A client behaves abusively

  • A client fails to comply with safety procedures

  • A contraindication makes treatment unsafe

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on the Website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Website or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
